Job Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to redesign current business practices and drive innovation through technology.
Provide strategic direction for digital transformation initiatives of varying complexity.
Develop and implement change management methodologies to ensure successful technology adoption.
Manage complex projects from requirements definition to deployment, ensuring adherence to schedules and scopes.
Regularly update senior leadership on project progress and adapt strategies based on project status.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 7 years of relevant professional experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, including strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
Strong relationship management skills with a track record of influencing diverse stakeholders.
Advanced business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and decision‑making processes.
Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in emotional intelligence and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics.
Experience working in complex, decentralized environments, preferably within higher education.
Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, cloud platforms) and their application in organizational transformation.
Formal training in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
Strong proficiency in risk management practices related to digital transformation initiatives.
