Director, Go-to-Market Systems

About the Role We're seeking a highly technical and strategic

Director of Go-to-Market Systems

to lead the architecture, optimization, and integration of our global revenue technology stack. This role is central to enabling scalable growth across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will be a

player-coach

– someone equally comfortable designing system strategy and personally building within Salesforce and related tools. You will own end-to-end GTM systems architecture, ensure data and process integrity, and lead a small, high-performing team responsible for optimizing workflows, automating manual processes, and driving user adoption across our GTM organization.

If you're passionate about operational excellence, love translating business requirements into scalable system design, and have a bias toward automation and AI-driven productivity, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Own the GTM Systems Architecture:

Lead the overall strategy, design, and maintenance of the GTM systems architecture, including Salesforce, CPQ, DealHub, Clari, Gainsight, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LISN).

Systems Integrations Management:

Oversee and optimize key integrations across the GTM ecosystem, including 6sense, MuleSoft, and NetSuite, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Drive Automation & AI Enablement:

Champion use of AI and workflow automation to reduce administrative burden on quota-carrying reps, freeing them to spend more time on customer-facing activities.

Partner Across the Revenue Org:

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams to ensure systems, processes, and data models align with our go-to-market strategy.

Own System Governance & Data Quality:

Implement best practices in system governance, user management, data hygiene, and security. Establish data definitions and ensure integrity across all GTM platforms.

Lead & Mentor the Team:

Manage and mentor a team of system administrators and analysts; build a center of excellence around GTM technology.

Translate Business Needs into Technical Execution:

Serve as the internal consultant for process automation, data visibility, and cross‑functional system enhancements.

Evaluate & Integrate New Technologies:

Continually assess emerging tools – particularly AI‑enabled GTM and RevOps technologies – to modernize workflows and improve scalability.

Enable Strategic Insights:

Partner with RevOps, Analytics, and FP&A to ensure accurate, actionable reporting and forecasting through tools like Clari, Tableau, and Salesforce dashboards.
