Lead & Review:
Manage complex individual, business, and trust returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Advise & Educate:
Communicate directly with clients and provide forward-thinking planning throughout the year. Collaborate:
Work alongside our Wealth and Retirement divisions to integrate tax with holistic financial strategies. Innovate:
Improve systems and workflows using our CCH Axcess stack, Redtail CRM, and Microsoft 365 suite. Mentor:
Guide staff and contribute to the continued growth of our team and processes. What You Bring
CPA license (required)
with
6+ years
in public accounting or boutique tax practice. Deep knowledge of
individual, partnership, corporation, and trust taxation. CCH Axcess
or comparable software proficiency. Ability to lead engagements and develop team members. A client-first mindset and enthusiasm for working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Why IDA
