Summary of the role We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Field Account Executive in the Denver, Colorado area who goes beyond just closing deals—you consistently exceed targets and thrive in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You’re a strategic thinker who knows how to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders with confidence and precision. With 3+ years of crushing quotas in the payroll space, your approach is consultative, value-driven, and proactive. You don’t wait for opportunities—you create them. Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMBs

Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers

Develop and sustain Broker / Partner relationships

Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to drive pipeline and close deals

Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

What we are looking for

5 – 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding targets

Experience selling into SMB or enterprise accounts

Strong understanding of the tech sales landscape and sales methodologies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.)Description
