Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon: Associate to Partner
American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Goerkes Corner, Wisconsin, United States
Overview
Community Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, located in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a highly qualified, driven, and compassionate oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Founded in 2022, it is a state-of-the-art facility located in a historic building in the vibrant part of Milwaukee. It was the first clinic in Wisconsin to acquire and use robotic implant dentistry with Yomi and remains the only clinic using this technology in the greater Milwaukee area. Community, service and innovation are the core values of the practice. The clinic strives to build a strong sense of community and treats every employee and patient with respect, care and empathy. Community OMFS has been recognized “Best in Milwaukee” for the second consecutive year, reflecting its reputation for individualized care among patients and peers. There is still tremendous potential for growth. Services provided in the clinic include dentoalveolar surgery (including third molars and extractions), bone grafting, and dental implants. Through affiliations with local area hospitals, orthognathic surgery, pathology, facial trauma reconstruction, and some TMJ work are also offered. Responsibilities
Provide a full schedule of clinical procedures with a strong roster of referrals. Collaborate in a leadership role with the potential to transition into a partner in the practice. Mentorship in all aspects of the practice from the current owner/surgeon as needed, including surgery, procedural support, practice building, and day-to-day operations. Qualifications
Board certified or board eligible in oral and maxillofacial surgery. A proactive, patient-centered approach and readiness to contribute to a growing practice. About the Opportunity
Milwaukee is a hidden gem in the Midwest with much to offer, including excellent schools, outdoor recreation, parks, Lake Michigan access, a strong dining scene, and cultural attractions. Nearby cities such as Chicago, Green Bay, and Madison are within a 90-minute drive. Leadership and Mentorship
The current owner/surgeon, Dr. Ruba Khader, is excited to welcome a partner who can grow the practice alongside her.
