We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled
Hybrid Paralegal
to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized professional who can handle a wide range of tasks, from administrative support to substantive paralegal work. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management:
Assist with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing e-filing, and preparing discovery.
Administrative Support:
Manage attorney calendars, handle correspondence, and maintain physical and digital files.
Document Production & Trial Prep:
Organize and review documents for production and assist with trial-related materials.
Communication:
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a litigation setting.
A Paralegal Certificate, or AA in Paralegal Studies
Proficiency in legal software and case management systems.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of court rules and procedures.
