We're looking for an Associate Creative Director, Brand who can shape and execute visually compelling, strategically aligned brand identities, experiential design and graphic systems. You're a visionary thinker with a strong design foundation who knows how to craft innovative solutions that elevate brands and resonate across platforms.
You'll balance hands-on execution with team leadership—guiding creative teams, collaborating with clients, and delivering high-impact brand storytelling. You'll make sure all branding efforts align with business objectives, connect with audiences, and uphold our commitment to creative excellence.
You'll report to the Creative Director and work closely with senior leadership and global creative teams to push the boundaries of branding and visual storytelling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the concept, development, and execution of brand identities and integrated campaigns
Develop brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling strategies that differentiate and elevate brands
Create and oversee comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
Inspire and mentor designers and art directors, guiding them through the branding and creative process
Lead and participate in client presentations, clearly articulating branding strategies and design concepts
Oversee the execution of branding across digital, print, packaging, and experiential applications
Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality execution of brand assets
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and design
Work with creative strategy and design teams to develop forward-thinking brand experiences
Create compelling brand narratives that connect with audiences across multiple channels
Craft experiences that merge physical and digital touchpoints for immersive brand storytelling
REQUIREMENTS
6+ years in branding, identity design, or creative direction within an agency or brand environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity development, storytelling, and multi-platform execution.
Experience leading design teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Strong understanding of how branding impacts business and consumer engagement.
Proven ability to present branding concepts and engage with clients effectively.
Ability to manage multiple branding projects, timelines, and resources while ensuring creative excellence.
Passion for pushing branding boundaries and integrating emerging trends and technologies.
Experience working in international or cross-cultural brand environments.
Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to present branding strategies to clients and internal teams.
Ability to navigate a fast-paced, evolving work environment while managing multiple priorities.
