You own go-to-market development and execution for products within the Enterprise Payments & PSP platform powering PayPal’s largest merchants. In this role, you drive key programs, content, and expertise that deliver differentiated value to merchant customers and reinforce PayPal’s partnership in their overall success. You work with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Sales, Revenue Ops, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to drive revenue, adoption, and growth among our largest customers. Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams with design, engineering, and marketing counterparts to deliver product initiatives Own and manage product roadmaps, prioritization, and discussions with stakeholders Identify and quantify new opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, and research Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and value propositions for key products Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across customer touchpoints Coordinate product launches and marketing plans with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams Advocate for customer needs and insights to guide product development and marketing strategies Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine positioning and messaging Measure the success of go-to-market initiatives and their impact on product adoption and revenue Ensure legally approved messaging and guidance is developed and maintained across channels Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience & Expertise

5-7+ years of go-to-market, product marketing or strategy experience in B2B, e-commerce and/or payments spaces (cards, digital wallets or alternative payments preferred). Familiarity with enterprise commerce environments and payment flows (e.g. e-commerce, card-not-present, value-added services). Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting GTM planning cycles. Demonstrated ability to drive product launches and GTM execution across key programs, tactics and content development. Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, product and commercialization phases, and sales and marketing motions. Business and technical expertise to articulate product value and capabilities internally and externally. Leadership & Collaboration

Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams in a matrixed environment and influence without authority. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing projects or workstreams independently. Experience presenting insights and plans to internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and leaders. Analytical & Strategic Thinking

Data-informed mindset with the ability to distill complex inputs into clear strategic direction. Comfort working with qualitative and quantitative market research. Communication & Execution

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including content development and storytelling. Ability to work under pressure, manage ambiguity, maintain focus on high-impact deliverables and chart a path forward independently. Detail oriented, with attention to nuances in executing large scale projects with lots of moving pieces. Action oriented with ability to execute, problem-solve to streamline processes and build to scale. Keen listener with recognition that success is rooted in understanding. The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $100,500 to $173,250. Policy Notes
