Ensure your assigned Rebate and Admin Fee Payments are accurate, on time, and compliant and are made in accordance with contractual obligations for the assigned customer. Operate in a deadline driven environment with direct customer interaction. Demonstrate a customer-centric focus, communicating effectively with internal/external business partners, troubleshoot issues of varying complexity, and follow up where needed. Independently research problems of a broad scope (sales, payments, customer structure, product structure, data history), consolidate information, develop recommendations, and present to management. Identify and implement process improvements and projects to drive operational efficiencies and increase effectiveness of the team. Support the team in the consolidation of team metrics, assignments due, charge-out and other deliverables, as required. Develop, run, and analyze required and ad-hoc Payment reports for customers, field sales organization and senior leadership. Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree is required Required Experience and Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Ability to analyze and interpret large amounts of data, conduct impact and trending analysis, and summarize results for recommendation Proficient written and verbal communication skills to effectively consolidate and present information to business partners and management Preferred: Prior experience in Contracting, Audit, Finance, or Customer Service Knowledge of healthcare contracting Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical or the medical device industry/sector Proven ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners and to influence and collaborate Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail, to effectively manage conflicting priorities, due dates, and results Other

This position will be located in Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% domestic or international travel. There is a preferred candidate identified, but the team will review qualified candidates who apply. Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

$69,500-$102,350 . Additional pay transparency information and benefits: the company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. The position may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, group legal insurance, retirement plans (pension and 401(k)), and time off options.
