What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage customer loyalty and adoption of identity security products to drive value-based outcomes
Own the executive narrative and strategy, managing the subscription renewal pipeline and customer health
Conduct routine health checks and coordinate remediation efforts to ensure customers meet their goals
Develop strong relationships with key customer personnel to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as a product advocate, monitoring utilization trends and providing customer education on new features
What is Required (Qualifications):
Knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures and deployment models
Extensive experience in customer success/account management for complex software implementations with Fortune 500/Global 1000 clients
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in business language and vice versa
Experience in process improvement, decision-making, planning, analysis, and service excellence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in cybersecurity and/or compliance
Hands‑on experience in a SaaS organization
A cheerful willingness to be a hands‑on contributor while maintaining an outcome‑based perspective
Tenacious desire to see customers succeed in a dynamic environment
