Overview This role supports our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding their brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering friendly, customer‑focused service to enhance the overall guest experience. The primary purpose is to support clients’ food safety and brand standards in a collaborative and proactive manner.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments that measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards for clients.

Observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.

Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.

Teach and coach clients how to create a safer and healthier workplace for themselves and their customers.

Travel 50–70%; travel scheduled 8–10 days per month, including some evening and weekend work.

Conduct audits and inspections, implement and monitor food safety, train staff, investigate incidents, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

Valid CP‑FS or ServSafe certification (CP‑FS preferred). Meeting certification requirements is mandatory.

Availability Monday‑Friday and Saturdays, including evenings as needed.

Valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Strong knowledge of food safety; experience in food safety audits or quality is a plus.

Excellent listening, organization, communication, and time‑management skills.

Ability to influence others, provide constructive feedback, and work independently.

Pay Hourly: $17.00 – $25.00
