About This Position
The Innovation and Business Transformation Team is looking for a creative, curious, collaborative Service Designer expert. You will focus on designing and improving services to make them more useful, usable, efficient, and desirable from a user’s perspective, while also aligning with business goals.
As part of the Business Innovation and Transformation division, you will help ensure that digital products—such as websites, apps, and software—are designed with the user in mind, providing an intuitive and satisfying experience.
What you’ll do
Conduct user research to uncover insights, needs, and pain points.
Create journey maps and service blueprints to visualize the end‑to‑end experience.
Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions with stakeholders and users.
Develop and test service concepts through low‑ and high‑fidelity prototypes.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Continuously evaluate and iterate services based on feedback and performance data.
Participate in and contribute to design critiques and feedback sessions to refine ideas and ensure alignment with project goals.
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and understand user behavior.
What you'll need
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in User experience, Psychology, Innovation, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
Experience: At least 2 years of progressive experience in Service Design.
Additional Education/Experience:
Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and generative AI in relation to the tasks of a Business Analyst, as well as their potential application in workplace environments. Familiarity with ethical considerations and the responsible use of AI.
Languages: Proficiency in English and one of the other Bank official languages (Spanish, French or Portuguese) is required.

Type of contract and duration
International consultant: Full‑Time, 12 months, up to 36 months.
