Key Job Responsibilities
Drive comprehensive technical product strategies for AWS Certification experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative learning solutions.
Partner with engineering teams to define and implement technical requirements.
Develop data‑driven product roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and validate potential solutions.
A Day in the Life Engage with cross‑functional teams, translate complex technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps, and develop solutions that enhance the learning and certification experience.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive‑level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
Experience performing complex business case analysis to justify technical decisions and presenting the justification to management in a high‑level review.
Strong strategic and technical execution capabilities.
Compensation Base pay ranges from $136,100 to $235,200 per year depending on geographic market. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
