The Opportunity
CACI is seeking an FISINT Analyst to join a team that provides analysis and assessments to evaluate resource utilization and efficiencies. The analyst will produce intelligence products that meet and support requirements for optimizing resource utilization.
Responsibilities As a FISINT Analyst, you will:
Share knowledge of multiple signals and datalink systems and applicable tools for analysis.
Perform complex analysis in a timely manner and communicate results using accurate, concise writing, descriptive and graphical presentations.
Use facilitation skills to bring diverse groups together, reach consensus across stakeholders, and interact with government, industry, and academia.
Apply conceptual, quantitative, organizational, research, writing, verbal and graphical representation skills.
Perform analysis at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications of electronic emissions, and correlate and report on emissions within the scope of observed activities.
Utilize sophisticated analog and digital signal processing equipment.
Conduct search and/or exploitation of data from various sources to prepare operational or technical reports, and provide training in specialized areas.
Perform duties in Operational Analysis, Technical Analysis, Reporting, or support areas such as Data Archiving, Database Maintenance, Training in analysis disciplines, or maintenance of specific data files and reference data.
Analyze Electronic Non‑Linear Signals, Communications Signals, Instrumentation Signals, Situational Analysis, and report findings narratively and in formatted reports.
Provide technical solutions to complex signal analysis problems.
Interact with multiple customers, both on‑site and off‑site.
Certify and maintain proficiency on a 24‑hour watch position.
Be subject to a government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Qualifications Required:
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Basic understanding of characterizing signal parameters.
Ability to perform search functions on technical signals of interest.
Ability to prepare reports supporting operational and technical sources.
24‑hour watch capability.
Desired:
Graduate of 451/452/SIGE 2810/3810/4810 or related courses.
Graduate of SIGINT training courses.
