We are seeking motivated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. The BCBA will oversee and implement in-home ABA services, working collaboratively with families and a team of RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver personalized and effective interventions. Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments (e.g., FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and develop individualized treatment plans. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery. Provide direct support and consultation to families, fostering collaboration and engagement. Monitor and analyze data to track progress and adjust interventions as needed. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders as required. Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB. Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field. At least one year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data collection and analysis. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for in-home visits). Flexible work from home options available. Seniority level
