Keep critical building systems running smoothly Solve complex issues quickly and accurately Deliver expert service clients rely on Help reduce downtime and extend equipment life Responsibilities
Service and repair air- and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, magnetic) Perform diagnostics, teardowns, and major repairs Support system startups and commissioning Communicate clearly with customers and complete service reports Follow safety protocols and manufacturer standards Requirements
Must-Haves 12+ years in commercial HVAC 5+ years working with applied systems and chillers Hands-on experience with screw and centrifugal units Based in the San Jose area with a solid work record Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Nice-to-Haves OEM certifications (Trane, York, Carrier, etc.) Centrifugal teardown experience EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30 Bonus: BAS or controls experience Compensation & Logistics
