Understand the project schedule and work with the project team to develop a fabrication plan that supports the project requirements. Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities. Prepare periodic management and/or customer reports and presentations. Review and verify monthly project completion estimates (EACs). Develop new suppliers. Facilitate and maintain project lessons learned work process. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of industrial-related experience in scheduling, planning and fabrication knowledge. PMP certification preferred. Broad understanding of fabrication and fabrication qualification. Effective leadership and facilitation skills. Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and other company and discipline-specific software applications. Effective verbal and written communication with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Why you will love working with us
