Base pay: $7,951.00 - $9,889.00 (may increase with experience)

Under general direction of the Bureau Chief, incumbents plan, organize, and direct the activity of all staff engaged in resolving and responding to consumer complaints and inquiries regarding all lines of insurance involving insurance rating, underwriting, or claims‑handling practices; develop training plans for staff development and provide training; assist in establishing Bureau policy and procedures including disaster responses; enforce consistency of operations within the Bureau; responsible for the most complex and sensitive projects as assigned; and represent the Bureau at meetings and industry functions as directed by the Bureau Chief.
This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The appointee is required to complete a Statement of Economic Interest (Form 700) and adhere to related filing requirements.
