We’re looking for a
dynamic, organized, and people-oriented Office Manager & Executive Administrative Assistant
to help bring our new Princeton space — and our leadership team’s day-to-day operations — to life. This dual‑role position is perfect for someone who loves to keep things running smoothly, enjoys coordinating across teams, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do You’ll split your time between two key focus areas:
keeping our Princeton office running smoothly
and
supporting our senior leadership team .
As Office Manager
Create a welcoming, efficient, and inspiring office environment for an on‑site team of approximately 30 employees.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Organize in‑office events such as trainings, innovation days, and community service projects.
Partner with HR and IT to onboard new hires/COOPs/Interns and ensure workspace readiness.
Maintain a professional, safe, and well‑functioning office.
As Executive Administrative Assistant
Provide administrative support to the President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief of Staff, and US HR Lead.
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
Liaise with client administrators, vendors, and external event partners.
Assist with registration and logistics for conferences and university recruiting events.
Schedule internal team meetings and help keep cross‑functional projects moving forward.
What You Bring
5+ years in office administration, operations, or executive support (experience in consulting or pharma is a plus).
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
A polished, professional demeanor with a
sense of fun and team spirit .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and digital collaboration tools.
A proactive, can‑do attitude — you love to anticipate needs and make things happen.
Willingness to be onsite 4–5 days a week to support our team and space.
