Reporting to the

Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner , the

Sr. HR Generalist

will be responsible for implementing HR programs and providing support to business clients on people-related issues to help drive growth and profitability.

What a typical day looks like:

Contributes with managers on HR strategies and actions, including identifying current and future talent needs, recruiting methodologies to attract diverse talent, and talent development.

Advise site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes that support business goals (employee engagement, workforce planning, data trends, policies, and program matters).

Assess management capabilities and business development opportunities.

Provide feedback and mentor managers.

Guide Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities with heads and employees, promoting a safe and diverse workplace.

Participate as an agile member on site and corporate projects, teams, and process improvement initiatives.

Support Flex Culture, Ways of Working, and Business Expertise.

Provide managers with guidance on change management related to culture.

Act as a consultant to hiring managers on current HR trends, labor laws, and policies to reach appropriate outcomes.

Manage employee life cycle activities with managers and employees, including onboarding, orientation, annual reviews, merit processes, separations, and exits.

Develop local recruitment programs and budgets.

Build and maintain a network of contacts; coordinate participation in job fairs, schools, and organizations.

Counsel management on policy interpretation and legal awareness; investigate policy violations and local labor law matters.

Address employee relations issues and craft programs to improve satisfaction and retention while minimizing liability.

Prepare records required by law or local governing bodies and coordinate with the organization as needed.

Partner with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits programs; administer local benefits with regulatory compliance.

Support HR Centers of Excellence on global initiatives at the local level.

Educate employees about programs benefiting the site and contribute to program design and postmortem reviews.

Participate in or manage employee sustainability initiatives and events.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

3–5 years of HR or related experience.

Advanced experience and skills in performing HR functions; strong knowledge of HR practices and Flex business.

Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, from production staff to executives.

Responds to customer complaints, employee issues, and regulatory inquiries.

On-site availability around 5 days a week.

Location and eligibility:

Dallas, TX. On-site requirement: 100% on-site availability.
