Multi-Unit Team Leader Hrly
Join H&R Block as a Multi-Unit Team Leader. Provide leadership across three tax offices, driving seasonal tax business and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead front‑line managers and associate teams in three H&R Block tax offices.
Deliver client‑centric service and achieve office growth objectives.
Manage staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices.
Partner with the District General Manager to create and execute office‑level growth plans.
Recruit, interview, and onboard associate teams.
Conduct performance reviews and resolve associate issues.
Lead daily team meetings and maintain clear communication.
Create accurate timekeeping and labor management schedules.
Travel between offices as required.
Prepare tax returns after completing required training.
Qualifications
Multi‑unit people management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or a related industry.
Experience with staffing, operations, and logistics in multiple locations.
Strong decision‑making and judgment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer proficiency with MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or high‑school diploma with equivalent experience.
Successful completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns).
Additional Information
Flexible part‑time schedule in the fall; transition to full‑time, including evenings and weekends during tax season.
Role is not remote and requires work on‑site in Las Vegas, NV.
