We seek a compassionate and reliable Rehab RN to provide care and treatment to adults in our patient-centered model. The role requires autonomous clinical assessments and management, working within a supportive team dedicated to excellent patient care. What You Will Do: Collect comprehensive patient data Advocate within the interdisciplinary team Analyze assessment data for diagnosis and issues Set individualized expected outcomes Ensure patient safety Manage care effectively, including use of resources Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and treatments Requirements: Florida RN license or approved multistate license; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation. BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start. One year RN experience in Inpatient Rehab preferred. BSN preferred. CRRN preferred.
