We’re hiring a
Chief Engineer
to lead maintenance operations. This is a dual position over Maintenance for 2 Hotels—Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites. If you're hands-on, solutions‑driven, and ready to lead with purpose — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
As Chief Engineer, you will:
Lead and support the engineering team on repairs, maintenance, and preventative care
Prioritize and assign daily work orders, guest service requests, and safety checks
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
Assist and step in for the Director of Engineering when needed
Ensure all equipment, systems, and procedures comply with hotel and brand standards
Respond to emergencies and participate in on‑call rotations as required
What You Bring
Prior hotel or facility maintenance experience strongly preferred
Proven skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance
Leadership ability with comfort supervising and training others
Excellent time management, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and handle on‑call situations
A safety‑first mindset and commitment to guest satisfaction
