Lead, develop and manage weekly performance reviews, rolling forecasts and annual budgeting, ensuring they align with MYP Targets. Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial performance, profitability and operational efficiency at a market level. Serve as a key financial advisor to the leadership team, translating complex financial data into actionable insights. Challenge assumptions and provide proactive, value-adding recommendations to improve financial performance. Analyze market data, identify trends and flag financial risks and opportunities. Ensure weekly performance is translated into monthly financials. Drive continuous improvement and standardization, focusing on financial accuracy and efficient reporting. Experience/Skills

Professional accounting qualification is preferred. 5+ years proven experience in a finance business partnering role within the B2C environment. Strong financial modeling and advanced spreadsheet skills. Ability to connect financial performance to key operational drivers. Ability to convey complex financial information clearly, build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making. A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving and business improvement.
