Sales Representative A full-time outside sales position, your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible to generate your own leads; 80% of the legwork is completed before your first interaction with prospective customers through a rigorous pre-qualification process that ensures you are set up for success. Your focus is to sell, while we handle processing the order, post-sale changes, and other support. You will learn our training process and products within your first 90 days, stay true to your training, and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need what we offer. Responsibilities
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during meetings Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Ability to work independently Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings Previous sales experience preferred but not required Salary and Benefits
$100,000 first-year compensation is typical for fully committed team members The best training in the industry from start to close
