We are currently seeking a skilled Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist). As a crucial member of our anesthesiology team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing various procedures. Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Monitor and manage patient vital signs throughout the perioperative period. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement anesthesia care plans. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control policies and procedures. Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions. Document patient assessment findings, anesthesia care provided, and post-anesthesia recovery. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes. Maintain current knowledge of anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment. Requirements:
Associate degree in Nursing or related field. Valid CRNA certification and state licensure. Demonstrated experience as a Nurse Anesthetist in a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of anesthesia principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy. Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts No call or weekend shifts 6-7 main ORs, 5-room endo center, 4 ORs at surgical center Cases: General, robotics, GYN, urology, ENT, health pediatrics, hips & knees, neurology Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
