Position Description
The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role here at Accent. You will perform essential tasks in support of our customers, operations, and fellow co-workers. You have a passion for marketing, an eye for visual content, and a genuine interest in luxury retail and fine jewelry. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in creating campaigns, managing digital content, coordinating events, managing online inventory, and supporting overall brand visibility across multiple channels.
Primary Responsibilities Content Creation & Digital Marketing
Assist in developing and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.).
Help maintain and update the website, ensuring product descriptions, images, and promotions are accurate and engaging.
Support email marketing campaigns by creating content, organizing contact lists, and scheduling newsletters.
Coordinate blog posts, promotions, and digital storytelling that highlight products, brand values, and customer experiences.
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and influencers as needed.
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting and insights on social media, website traffic, and email metrics.
In-Store & Event Marketing
Help plan and promote in-store events, trunk shows, and holiday promotions.
Create marketing materials such as signage, postcards, and event invitations.
Assist with local advertising and outreach to drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Administrative & Coordination Tasks
Maintain marketing calendars, promotional timelines, and asset libraries.
Manage marketing inventory such as packaging materials, promotional items, and print collateral.
Coordinate with vendors and third‑party platforms to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Monitor and respond to all inquiries submitted via social media channels, websites, or email.
Monitor and respond to all reviews submitted across various channels including Yelp and Google.

1–2 years of experience in marketing, retail, or e-commerce (internships acceptable).
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and website CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress) a plus.
Passion for fashion, jewelry, and customer experience.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail or boutique environment.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of standing.
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
