Position Overview The Digital Marketing Co-op will serve as a crucial part of the Global Marketing team, focusing on implementing the strategies and tactics laid out by the Website and Digital Marketing Managers. This role supports the activation and engagement of our customers through various digital marketing channels. The Co-op will be hands-on with executing campaigns across website, social media, search, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing goals and customer journey touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in executing all digital marketing strategies in alignment with company goals under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager.

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms to support campaigns and brand voice.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster a positive brand experience.

Track performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies based on data.

Basic understanding of front-end webpage creation using WordPress and Elementor.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver website projects on schedule and within scope.

Support Company objectives by completing additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Current student at Northeastern University

Technical Skills

Experience in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI) and email marketing tools.

Experience in Wordpress and Elementor

Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma or Miro.

Interpersonal Skills

Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of tone and audience.

Ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Proactive mindset with a knack for solving problems and staying flexible in fast-moving, ever-changing environments, comfortable adapting on the fly and thinking ahead.
