Our client is seeking a Scrum Master to join their team. As a Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile project support team, supporting multiple development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Facilitate standard Scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Proactively collaborate with the Product Manager to set and manage team priorities and plan schedules based on team capacity and velocity.

Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.

Develop, capture, and analyze metrics to facilitate continuous team improvements.

Support the team in adopting Agile best practices, fostering transparency, responsibility, and self-organization.

What's Needed?

Minimum of four years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

Proven experience facilitating Agile meetings and managing documentation using JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs.

Scrum Master certification is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of software development processes and product implementation.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
