Job Description Oversee safety across all Mid-Atlantic construction projects (NJ to Richmond); conduct site visits and safety audits; ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards; provide training, guidance, and support to project teams; investigate incidents and implement corrective actions; collaborate with project managers and superintendents to promote a culture of safety.

The Successful Applicant Minimum 2 years of construction safety experience (GC, subcontractor, or builder / developer background preferred); experience in multifamily is a plus, but not required; must not come from a safety consulting firm; willingness to travel regularly across the Mid-Atlantic region; must be in the Arlington office at least 1x / week and on-site 4 days / week.

What's on Offer Salary : $115K-$120K (flexible for the right candidate); hotel + mileage reimbursement at national rates (includes gas + wear and tear); $125 / month cell phone allowance; 100% employer-paid individual healthcare (UnitedHealthcare); PTO : 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 11 holidays, 4 personal days; 401(k) with match, performance-based bonus (20%), and career advancement support.
