6 months temp to hire The organization is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with strong analytical qualities, solid technology experience, and excellent communication skills. The right candidate will support multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment, working closely with IT and business project stakeholders. Projects relate to the transformation of applications and capabilities used by various Multifamily Finance business divisions. This includes a multi-year Accounting Platform Modernization project to transform end-to-end accounting functions, streamline close activities, provide a new subledger, improve controls, ensure SOX compliance, enhance reporting and transparency, and support data-driven decision-making while accommodating increased volumes and regulatory market demands. The role acts as a vital link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring data applications and systems maintain high standards of reliability, efficiency, and security. You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and apply system analysis, data analytics, and Agile methodologies to support key initiatives, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, and process improvement. Responsibilities

Work on and/or lead multiple tasks in support of one or more projects that use Agile methodologies Engage with business and IT stakeholders to identify, understand, document, and review business and nonfunctional scope, requirements, and processes Recommend the most efficient and cost-effective options for business solutions based on approved scope, assumptions, constraints, and evaluations Collaborate with Product Owner, developers, test analysts, and other IT stakeholders through the project lifecycle, and assist in project status reporting and communications Define User stories in Gherkin format to capture customer needs and guide change initiatives Help design test strategy and test plans to ensure accurate and reliable product validation Provide support, guidance, and clarity to test and business teams during system and user acceptance testing Be an active Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business use of solutions, systems, and associated processes Lead analysis activities including SWOT, root cause, and impact analysis to determine the best path forward on projects Work under limited direction, proactively, independently and as part of a team Independently determine and develop approaches to solutions; work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives Qualifications

5+ years of related work experience relevant to system analysis Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management systems, or business administration or related experience Ability to work independently with a technical and/or infrastructure team Strong problem solving and analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with SQL, Excel, and SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Dremio, Beyond Compare, Visual Studio and familiarity with databases (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake) Experience in end-to-end analysis, design, implementation, and support of applications of varying implementation methods (on-premises vs. cloud, COTS vs. in-house developed, etc.) Experience with Agile projects and operations involving production application maintenance, support, and business operations that adhere to SOX policies Familiarity with metadata tools (e.g., Collibra), data lineage Preferred Skills

Experience with Finance and Mortgage industry Experience with Accounting Systems, Subledgers Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field CSM/CBAP/PMP/CSPO and/or other technical certification Key to success in this role
