Key Qualifications
Proven experience managing commercial ground-up and/or healthcare construction projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and on-site operations.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and project efficiency.
Willingness to work on projects located in the Upper Keys (for healthcare assignments).
