Remote (U.S.) with occasional travel to Albany, NY Employment Type:

About the Role Persistent Technology Inc. (PTI) is seeking a Training and Change Management Lead to drive user adoption and readiness for the ServiceNow IRM/GRC-based Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) solution being implemented for the New York State Office of the State Comptroller (OSC).
The ideal candidate will combine instructional design, communications, and organizational change management expertise to ensure a smooth transition to the new cloud-based ERM platform. This role will support training for approximately 4 administrators, 125 business users, and 30 viewers, ensuring consistent understanding and use of new risk management processes and tools.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a change management strategy to guide stakeholder engagement and adoption.
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including instructor‑led sessions, e‑learning modules, and quick‑reference guides.
Collaborate with OSC and project leadership to identify user groups, roles, and tailored learning needs.
Coordinate with the Business Analyst and Developer to ensure training materials reflect final workflows and configurations.
Prepare communication materials, FAQs, and readiness updates to manage expectations and minimize resistance.
Measure adoption, collect feedback, and adjust materials to improve learning outcomes.
Support post‑implementation training and knowledge transfer.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in training, communications, or organizational change management for IT implementations.
Experience developing end‑user training for ServiceNow or other SaaS platforms.
Strong writing, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to engage diverse user groups and translate technical processes into accessible content.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent OCM methodology.
Experience supporting public‑sector or large‑scale enterprise transformations.
Familiarity with risk management or GRC systems preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
