Base Salary:

The

Project Manager

is responsible for leading all aspects of project delivery — from preconstruction through closeout — ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with clients, architects, and field teams to drive results and foster relationships built on trust and performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, scheduling, and financial management across one or more commercial construction projects. Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement processes. Manage and mentor project engineers and assistant PMs. Partner with superintendents to ensure site safety, quality, and schedule performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners. Support preconstruction and estimating efforts, including budgeting and value engineering. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive project controls and accurate forecasting. Uphold company standards for integrity, collaboration, and client satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

(or equivalent experience). 8+ years of commercial construction experience , including at least 3 years in a project management role. Proven success managing projects from

$10M–$100M+ . Strong understanding of contract administration, financial management, and scheduling. Proficiency with

Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project or P6 . Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:
