Champions performance, accessibility, and security across mobile applications.
Stays ahead of industry trends and integrates emerging technologies where applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in mobile development.
5+ years in engineering leadership roles.
Proven experience with iOS, Android, and React Native frameworks.
Strong understanding of CI/CD, mobile testing frameworks, and app store deployment processes.
Experience in retail, e‑commerce, or consumer‑facing applications.
Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and backend integration.
Contributions to open‑source mobile projects or developer communities.

3 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications

4 years of experience in software engineering.
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility.
