In the role of Project Controls Analyst, we'll count on you to:

Use processes and tools established on projects

Develop and assist in preparation of schedules

Prepare various reports

Co‑ordinate information flow between project participants, including sub‑consultants, and if appropriate between project team and the client

Demonstrate understanding of project controls tools

Assist in costs estimate development and review

Monitor, update and review financial data

Coordinate and maintain project documentation

Perform other duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Construction, engineering or related field

Certifications (one or more): AEP, CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI‑SP, EIT

Ability to interpret construction schedules

Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience in multidisciplinary engineering design and construction

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long‑ and short‑term tasks simultaneously

Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities

An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee‑owned culture is a must
