Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our team and help build world-class mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, a solid understanding of native mobile development, and hands-on experience with the full app lifecycle—from development to publishing on the App Store and Google Play. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using

React Native .

Own the

end-to-end app lifecycle , including publishing, updates, and store compliance (App Store & Play Store).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules as needed.

Implement and monitor

analytics, Crashlytics , and performance metrics (CPU, battery usage).

Build and maintain

functional automation tests

using Appium or similar frameworks.

Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.

Create clear and functional

technical documentation and charts

to communicate architecture and workflows.

Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and trends.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years

of experience in mobile and desktop user experience development.

Strong expertise in

React Native , with recent hands-on experience.

Solid understanding of

native mobile development

(iOS/Android) and ability to bridge native modules.

Experience in

publishing apps

to App Store and Play Store, including handling store requirements and updates.

Proficiency in

ReactJS ,

Redux , and

GraphQL .

Familiarity with

front-end design patterns ,

data structures , and

algorithms .

Experience with

Appium

or other open-source automation frameworks.

Clear and effective

communication skills , both verbal and written.

Ability to

multitask

and manage multiple features and requirements concurrently.

Experience with

cloud-native technologies , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A genuine

passion for technology

and continuous learning.

Nice to Have

Backend development experience in

Java

or

Node.js .

Experience with

native mobile development

(Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C) is a plus.

$90,000.00-$180,000.00 . Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock. Primary Location
