The Software Training Specialist will play a vital role in the implementation, training, and ongoing support of operational and financial software systems across Pye-Barker locations. This position will support branches throughout system conversions, including newly acquired locations or our legacy branches transitioning to a new ERP platform. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions across branch locations, serving as a dependable and knowledgeable point of contact for user education and ongoing support. Provide expert-level support and guidance to end users, troubleshooting system issues, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality and performance, ensuring a seamless user experience. Travel regularly to branch locations to conduct in-person training sessions, as well as perform remote training as it relates to before, during and after the conversion process. Receive training as needed to stay current with system and process updates. Monitor the incoming support ticket queue, responding to and resolving user inquiries in a timely and effective manner to ensure high-quality support. Support users across multiple software systems, including but not limited to Sedona Office, ServiceTrade, and WeSuite, helping ensure a smooth transition and strong user adoption company wide. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to support organizational objectives. Education & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years experience in a training specialist position. Sedona Office, ServiceTrade, and WeSuite experience is required. Experience leading training initiatives and supporting organizational change. Competence with business technology systems and end-user support. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust, inspire confidence, and work effectively under pressure. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks. Other Duties:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel regularly, including driving or flying to branch locations. Capability to stand, walk, and move around during in-person training sessions. Ability to lift and carry training materials or equipment as needed. Must be able to adapt to varying work environments and schedules while traveling.
