JR4513STV is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager to join our Digital Advisory Services team. This client-facing role will lead all technology-related efforts supporting Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), Asset Management, and Capital Planning services. The successful candidate will collaborate with project managers, cost estimators, and technical discipline leads to design data-driven approaches for asset inventory, lifecycle modeling, and capital forecasting. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on expertise with asset data collection and management systems used across large infrastructure and facility portfolios.
**Responsibilities:**
• Lead the planning and implementation of digital tools and data systems supporting Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) and asset inventory programs.
• Develop and customize mobile data collection solutions for field assessments, ensuring data quality, consistency, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with project managers, cost estimators, and engineers to analyze collected condition data and support capital improvement prioritization.
• Oversee data integration workflows between assessment tools, asset management systems (EAM/CMMS), and capital planning models.
• Provide technical leadership and client guidance on best practices for asset management, condition rating methodologies, and lifecycle costing.
• Design dashboards and analytical reports to communicate asset performance, risk, and capital renewal needs to client executives.
• Establish repeatable processes and templates for data governance, quality control, and asset hierarchy standards.
• Support proposals, business development, and client presentations related to asset management technology services.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in asset management, facility condition assessments, or infrastructure data management.
• Demonstrated expertise in asset data collection platforms (e.g., Fulcrum, ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123)
• Proven experience developing capital planning models, lifecycle analysis, and risk-based prioritization tools.
• Ability to integrate and visualize data using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills with experience delivering client presentations and workshops.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights.
**Preferred Qualifications:**• Experience working with transportation, aviation, or municipal infrastructure portfolios.
• Knowledge of data governance practices, relational database structures, and data modeling for asset management.
• Familiarity with condition rating systems (e.g., ASTM E2018, FTA TERM, or custom scoring frameworks).
