Work Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Will require work beyond normal schedule including some evenings, weekends, holidays and travel. Posting Date 10/14/2025 Open Until Screening Begins Yes Hiring Range $45,000 per year While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Knowledge of Olympic sports Knowledge of Sound Director or Click Effects audio systems Ability to run a game from start to finish Ability to write marketing and advertising plans Ability to write a public announcement Ability to multi-task, work with multiple vendors as well as University staff in regards to running the show. Must be able to comply with all University, Department, Board of Trustees, Conference, and NCAA policies and procedures. Write and implement the creation of marketing plans for assigned sports and assist the Assistant AD of Marketing with Football and Men’s Basketball to ensure game day presentations align with appropriate procedures and directives. Write game day scripts and related event timelines for multiple sporting events. Regularly attend athletics-related events as required. Coordinate and manage additional events with select sports in collaboration with campus affiliates, vendors, donation requests, student interns, etc. Oversee content creation and execution of video board game presentations at multiple athletics venues, including but not limited to static graphics, motion graphics, and video content and the required technology to operate.
