As a VIP Product Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our valued guests who have previously purchased or serviced vehicles at our dealership. Your primary focus will be on nurturing these relationships to facilitate vehicle trades, acquisitions, and sales. This role combines hospitality expertise with sales acumen to ensure our guests feel appreciated while driving revenue through strategic outreach and personalized service.
Responsibilities
Acquire pre-owned vehicles for the dealership's inventory by proactively reaching out to past customers and negotiating purchases. Assist guests in trading out of their current vehicles into new Toyota models, guiding them through the process with exceptional hospitality. Engage in daily outreach activities, including calling, emailing, and texting guests to provide updates on their vehicle\'s value and explore buy-back opportunities. Conduct face-to-face consultations and sales presentations to build trust and close deals. Maintain organized records of customer interactions, vehicle valuations, and follow-up schedules using Microsoft tools. Focus exclusively on caring for existing guests, keeping them informed about market values and upgrade options to foster long-term loyalty. Qualifications
Proven sales background, preferably in automotive or related industries. Strong skills in hospitality, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent face-to-face sales abilities, including negotiation and persuasion. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to structure your day effectively and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word) for tracking leads, scheduling, and reporting. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or automotive knowledge a plus. Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record. We Offer
