IF YOU ARE

An experienced Marketing Campaign Manager with 7+ years of multi-channel marketing experience and 3+ years in a (virtual) marketing leadership role

Holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Proven in driving a high-performing distributed marketing team across North America and Europe

Knowledgeable about cutting-edge digital marketing tools and practices

Deeply familiar with IT buying lifecycles and the B2B sales process

Proficient in CRM and marketing automation platforms

An expert in marketing best practices and current trends

Experienced in budget management

Capable of building rapport with sales leaders, and skilled at coaching, motivating, and driving a team of effective communicators

Highly detail- and deadline-oriented, with a thorough and structured approach

Organized, analytical, and an effective problem-solver

Innovative and creative, able to design marketing campaigns that attract customers and outperform the competition

Experienced in running successful, results-driven B2B campaigns with a strong eye for detail

A strong believer in the power of teamwork and positive cross-functional collaboration

Passionate about exploring and testing new marketing, digital, and experiential tactics

Skilled in time management and organization to meet strict deadlines

An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing

Able to manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, coordinate with diverse stakeholders, and make sound decisions

Driven by data and focused on turning insights into action

AND YOU WANT TO

Work with marketers across our team and company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns

Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to gather insights and information that inform content strategy

Coordinate with content creators, delivery teams, and CRM operations to plan ahead and deliver each campaign on time

Help formulate and execute SoftServe’s marketing strategy by managing a range of demand generation activities across the organization

Take ownership and drive the development of a strong pipeline of new prospects from marketing campaigns executed by the team

Track budgets, monitor ROI, prepare reports, and recommend optimization plans for continuous improvement of campaign results

Instill a data-driven culture while looking beyond numbers to identify and realize real business opportunities

Collaborate closely with sales leadership and other departments within SoftServe to maximize the impact of marketing efforts

Conduct continuous A/B testing across all channels and audience segments to enhance performance

QA all creative assets before launching live campaigns to ensure compliance, accuracy, and platform readiness

Leverage marketing automation, digital and live events, ABM, and email nurturing strategies to engage and convert prospects across the buyer journey

Review campaign outcomes, analyze performance, and take action to implement improvements

Own the daily management of campaigns across direct and programmatic channels

Participate in campaign kick-offs to understand objectives and key metrics, ensuring flawless and timely execution

Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing updates to leadership and stakeholders

Measure and track marketing investments against key KPIs to ensure effectiveness and accountability

Mentor, motivate, and guide a dynamic multicultural team of marketing professionals

TOGETHER WE WILL

Educate and enable MDRs/Inside Sales for success with inbound and outbound campaigns, share top-funnel campaign results, collect feedback, and generate ideas for optimization

Create detailed campaign blueprints covering content, digital, web, social, traditional media, events, partner integration, and sales/executive engagement

Integrate competitive and alliance partner campaigns seamlessly within prescriptive buyer journeys and overall healthcare segment plans

Apply an experimentation mindset to test, learn, and continuously optimize marketing campaigns
