REQ204687**Job Description:**The Athletics Ticket Manager is responsible for ticket operations and sales (planning, compliance, security, customer service) and other cash handling duties, including ticket sales, accounting, reconciliation and reporting, and oversight of the Assistant Ticket Manager. The Ticket Manager also manages staffing of event workers at athletic contests and assures timely and accurate bank deposits and cash controls tied to University ledgers in Workday.**Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.* Three years’ experience in a collegiate athletics ticket office (two years of Brown accounting/financial experience, other collegiate athletics administrative experience, or other cash management experience can be substituted to meet this qualification).**Job Competencies*** Knowledge of both MAC and PC operating systems.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Prior experience with an online ticketing system, preferably AudienceView.* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite and willingness to learn new systems as required.* Strong financial accounting ability.* Demonstrated ability to independently manage competing priorities.* Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment.* Flexible to change and interruptions.* Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a multi-tasking environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.All division employees are required to demonstrate exemplary ethical conduct and conformance to NCAA rules and regulations; the duties of the position are to be performed in compliance with all NCAA, Ivy League rules and regulations; and any rules violations on behalf of themselves or any knowledge of violations within the division are to be reported to the compliance office and appropriate parties.
