To raise awareness and build associations with Capital One within the tech sector, the Capital One Tech marketing team seeks a seasoned campaigns lead to build and manage large-scale integrated campaigns that position Capital One as a technology leader and build credibility with a technologist audience around topics like AI, data, cloud infrastructure, and software engineering. This position is highly collaborative and will work with stakeholders across the technology organization and multiple communications and marketing teams in the United States and India. A true marketer at heart, they will create and lead brand building strategies with a focus on developing relationships, translating value, connecting dots, and bringing our technology stories to life with credibility and authenticity. What you’ll do
Lead foundational Brand strategy in new international markets, with the goal of raising awareness of Capital One as a leading tech company Partner with US and in-country tech stakeholders, tech communications leaders and talent marketing/recruitment teammates to build program-level strategies that advance the goal of attracting top technology talent in key markets including Bangalore, India Set the strategy and vision for success, and lead campaign development with an integrated team of project management, creative, social media, website, paid media, and research specialists to execute external marketing campaigns Manage contracts and relationships with external agency partners for creative development from concepting to production to delivery of campaign work Build and nurture relationships with in-country stakeholders at the senior level, ensuring our strategies advance our Brand in a way that meets their goals Build regular, integrated reports tracking progress on major campaign and program KPIs and share them up to the executive level Bring bold, innovative ideas to the table that will associate Capital One with a leading technology company and are a fit for the market Ensure all campaign activity is well governed end to end Who you are

Bachelor’s degree At least 6 years of experience in a campaign leadership role focused on Brand awareness At least 3 years of international campaign experience at a Fortune 500 company OR 3 years experience leading campaigns for a company in a non-US market At least 2 years of marketing experience in the STEM sector At least 2 years of people leadership experience Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience working on marketing campaigns in the India market Deep knowledge of AI & data topics Experience leading marketing campaigns targeted to technologists (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, AI researchers) At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to work within the listed locations and reflect the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated accordingly. McLean, VA: $146,100 - $166,700 for Manager, Brand; New York, NY: $159,400 - $181,900 for Manager, Brand; Richmond, VA: $132,800 - $151,600 for Manager, Brand Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered at hire will be in the offer letter. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
