IDIS Americas National Account Manager - Southeast US Territory
Southeast Territory: TN, NC, SC, AL, GA, FL Responsibilities
Service National Account integrators, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Focus on building relationships with key National and Key account managers of the top 10 largest National integrators. Primary focus will be supporting sales efforts of national integrators targeting large national end users. Support customers with end user presentations, and sales training throughout territory. Supports customers with quotes, bids, system designs, and orders by referring to price lists, quote tools, and product literature. Work closely with the inside sales support team to maximize efficiency in the territory. Contact and qualify all sales leads as well as follow-up. Attend regional and national trade shows. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolve customer challenges by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills and Qualifications

50-75% travel Knowledge of Teams/ Outlook 365 software Familiar with NetSuite ERP system quoting software or equivalent Confident in end user presentation both in person and online Experience selling VMS to Financial, Retail and Fortune 500 customers Experience supporting national account integrators Knowledge of security system design and recommendation of products to meet customer requirements
