What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Analyze and visualize KPIs to ensure operational readiness of the team

Develop automated processes using Power Platforms and Office 365 tools for all business units

Create interactive dashboards and visual reports to represent complex data sets clearly

Support client KPI reviews with insights to enhance client experiences

Document solutions and strategies to ensure comprehensive information is available for end users

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, data analytics, computer science, or operations research

2-5 years of experience in operations research or data analytics

Proficiency in Excel, including Tables and Power Query

Experience with PowerBI or a similar business intelligence tool

Familiarity with the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process with data

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with Office 365 Tools/Power Platforms (Power Automate, PowerApps, Teams)

Ability to gather user requirements from end users effectively

Exposure to analytics coding (VBA for Excel, R, Python)

Skills in constructing dataflows and tables with Microsoft Dataverse

Proficiency in Data Modeling using tools like Power BI, Microsoft Dataverse, or SQL databases
