Engagement Manager Location: Charlotte or New York hybrid, or remote East Coast/Central.

With a healthy pipeline of new opportunities, Intapp continues to expand, and we have exciting plans for the next few years. We are now looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager) to join our Professional Services Team. This role is ideal for an articulate graduate with four plus years of commercial experience, specializing in project roll‑outs of our industry‑leading compliance solutions used by hundreds of large legal and professional services clients.

Responsibilities

Work with teams across our Client Services division to keep client‑facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope

Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless execution of projects

Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement, reporting on blockers, risks, overflows and deficits

Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting to management on changes or risks, and suggest improvements and mitigations

Escalate projects to management and key stakeholders as needed

Maintain and report on the project pipeline

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Close out projects at completion, passing deliverables and documentation to operations

Qualifications

At least four years’ experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally in a software‑house environment with SaaS roll‑outs

Commitment to project‑management career growth

Strong budget‑management and forecasting skills

Experience managing steer‑co meetings

Degree‑educated

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams

Ability to work under pressure

Experience with task scheduling

Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience with project‑management software such as Jira, Confluence, Netsuite, Smartsheets

Experience in the legal or professional services sectors is advantageous

Occasional minimal travel may be required
