Our client is an AmLaw 100 firm, seeking a pharmaceutical patent litigation associate for its Washington, DC, Boston, Houston, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley offices. The salary range for this position is between $250k to $395k.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical patent litigation, focused on Hatch‑Waxman litigation and disputes counseling.
Degree in biology, chemistry, or a related pharmaceutical field is required.
USPTO registration or ability to become registered is preferred.
State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
