Overview
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Financial Analyst with our client in their Milpitas, CA location. This is a 5 month + contract position. This is a hybrid position requiring to be in office Monday through Wednesday. In the busy season you may need to work later hours and weekends. Responsibilities
Perform compliance review and approval of revenue on low $ standalone orders and for assigned NA/Other regional orders. Assist in monthly and quarterly revenue close activities include reconciliations, Manual JEs, reporting. Bundle creation in SAP/RAR - linkage, assignment of SSP to tie back to Excel FV Analysis. Audit support - Gather and provide documentation to Internal and External Auditors. Adhoc project/assignments as needed. Requirements
BA Degree in Accounting or Finance. Needs to have basic accounting knowledge. Wants 2 to 4 years' experience in Revenue Accounting- Junior Level. Knows Credits and Debits, Close the actuals. Close Actuals, compiling data, auditing ,SAP would be a plus, RAR experience. Team player. Good communication skills to coordinate the collections of deliverables. Interview Process. Will interview with a possible group setting. Willing to learn, picks up things quickly Revenue Accounting Experience, understanding of revenue. Intermediate with Excel, Pivot tables, V lookups, ASC 606. Flexibility on hours towards the end of quarter end. Deadline driven. Proficient/Advance Excel skills. Detail oriented and organized work deliverables. Good communication skills to coordinate the collection of deliverables. Need to be able to work longer QE hours.
