What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead and scale a high‑performing Sales Operations team responsible for forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning

Develop and maintain frameworks for quota setting, territory design, and capacity modeling

Own sales compensation strategies and ensure alignment with sales objectives

Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance sales force performance and efficiency

Act as a trusted advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer, providing data‑driven recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of revenue operations experience within a multi‑channel revenue and sales organization

5+ years managing multiple CRMs, including Salesforce, for a large sales organization

Proven experience in designing and managing business processes related to sales operations

Strong track record of driving growth and efficiency for sales teams

Effective communication and leadership skills during periods of change

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a SaaS, Fintech, or Technology organization

High business and financial acumen with P&L responsibility

Strategic thinker with a clear vision for revenue operations

Ability to develop partnerships with cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization

Comfort with ambiguity and complexity in a fast‑paced environment
